On a New Moon, the doorway to possibility is open. In this New Moon Ceremony, we will create space for limitless opportunities by clearing old patterns that no longer serve us through Kundalini yoga infused with breath work, empowering mantra and moving meditations. We will then slow it down and ground into our intentions for this new cycle through a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice. Join us in this balancing and transformational practice, allowing clarity to rise and cultivating a ripple effect of healing vibration to share with our community and the world.
